The We All Belong (WEB) Leadership and LINK Crew Program are fantastic leadership opportunities on campus intended to develop kind, capable leaders who create a supportive, accepting community for 7th and 9th grade students. The WEB Program is designed to welcome, integrate, and support 7th grade students as they enter UPA while the LINK Crew is designed to ease the 9th grade transition into high school and provide year-long mentorship. Throughout the year, WEB leaders build personal connections with our new students. The WEB program starts off with an exciting orientation day a week before the start of school and continues throughout the year with various follow-up activities.
LINK CREW AND WEB PROGRAM
WINK leaders are given a group of students to mentor throughout the year and help plan service oriented events. Every year the WEB and LINK programs select and train approximately 50 positive and dedicated WEB and LINK Leaders who are teachable and want to grow in their leadership skills throughout the school year. The application process includes a written application and an interview. If you are interested in becoming a WINK leader, please fill out the application form in April.
