Hi. I'm a bit of a honey freak. This is a wonderful dark honey from Germany. I've got Russian sunflower, this is from Africa, this is French honey, this is again from Russia but somebody recently introduced me to Manuka Honey. This is from New Zealand. It is I find the tastiest honey but I also understand and I have used it, that it is wonderful if you have a bit of a cold or a sore throat if you have a spoon full of this it slips down so nicely and I do feel that it actually does help soothe and cure the sore throat. The other thing that I have also discovered (because I am a bit of a honey freak) is vinegar with honey in it and this is just amazingly tasty a spoonful of this, a bit of water.
