I used this exact type of workout to reduce my body fat to 6% in just 20 minutes a day. This workout should only be done every other day. Let me know your thoughts in the comments. A good warm up for this workout is to perform 8-12 minutes of cardio (any type you like) until you just begin to sweat. Then you should stretch the muscle groups you are going to work. Go through all five exercises with little to little rest in between. Rest 2 minutes after you complete all five exercises. Go through the entire circuit 3-4 times.
