Lack of sleep can significantly decrease your testosterone levels. A study published by the University of Chicago showed that sleeping less than six hours at night causes a drop of Testosterone by 15% or more. Other studies have shown that sleeping only four hours per night as compared to eight hours per night can drop the testosterone for up to 50%. Furthermore, lack of sleep can contribute to increased cortisol levels, weight gain, and an impaired immune system. I recommend to get at least seven hours of sleep per night. If this is difficult due to work, babies sleep schedules, etc., taking a 20 to 30 minute nap during the day can help to boost testosterone up as well. The more ideal situation though is to get the required minimum of seven hours per night. #preventivehealth #lackofsleep #active #increasetestosterone #hdl #strong #doctor #testosterone #healthychoices #md #sleep #triglicerides #healthylifestyle #healthylifestyle #healthyliving #instafit #fitlife #frenulectomy penis enlargement #male enhancement nitric oxide #male enhancement miraclezen #kingsman male enhancement
