So what you're doing is basically eating like a vegetarian, reducing a lot of animal fats, promoting more plant-based foods, fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes. In my opinion, by cutting back on animal foods you're decreasing some essential nutrients, particularly protein, zinc and iron. So, if you already area vegetarian looking to lose weight, this program could work for you.
