This is what I do for training. Because of my weight I can seem to move fast. I'm 210 lbs. here trying the best that I can to lose weight. I'm now on my third week of doing the atkins diet and exercising. I lost 11 lbs. It still doesn't show though. I'm going to upload videos of my weightloss journey to motivate myself and other people as well who are struggling to lose weight. Nobody will understand the day to day experience of overweight people the ridicule that they experience sometimes not even from strangers but from a loved one or from friends.
