Welcome to my weight loss journey! I am so excited to get healthy and feel better about myself from the inside out! Thanks for being my support and motivation! He does have a new plan called the "Day Off Diet" which is very similar to this one except one more carb serving during the day and a day off once a week. I might do the day off once in awhile like this Saturday which is my birthday celebration. But I plan to stay Gluten Free.
