This is a journey of more than 1.5 years.. then one that’s still ongoing and the one that transformed me not just physically but as a person of disbelief to a believer too. I still recall my first conversation with Bharat sometimes where he was supposed to understand my lifestyle, know about my goals etc., and I vividly remember he asked what is my target weight.. I, even though I didn’t believe I could said anything 10-12 kgs less than what I am right now. And now I know he must have taken that down in his notes but he still at that time, during the conversation asked me, “ don’t you think you should atleast lose 25 kgs to be fit!?!” And I laughed sarcastically and said “hua toh nai aj tak, aap try krlo!” And that came out of my sheer frustration because I wasn’t fit since I was a kid, neither could anything make me achieve that goal!! But Bharat kept his word, I’ve trusted him and I still trust him through all my hurdles. He’s held me down like an anchor whenever I seemed to be losing my track and brought me back to achieving better.
