Hello welcome to my channel. I am 45 year old mum of two who is plant based and has been dieting her whole life! I have tried most diets and they always work for a few weeks but soon my brain cannot handle dieting and then goes off plan! I have recently been fasting via ADF ( Alternate Day Fasting) and that works but it takes so much will power and sucks not eating! I have been thinking about weight loss drugs for a while and recently suggested by my doctor to check out Mounjaro.
