Help for Zoom Link Issue

UPA Families - 

If you are able to log into Schoology, proceed to a course and open up your Zoom folder, but don't see any links - you are not alone.  We are here to help.  

We are working hard to resolve this issue.  In the meantime, your teachers will be posting the link to the zoom sessions to make finding the session easier.  If you do not see the link, message your teacher from inside Schoology and they will help you out.

We have identified some possible solutions that you can do right now:
  1. Use Chrome to access Schoology
  2. Make sure you are using the latest version of Chrome
  3. Go to your Chrome settings and clear your browser history and cache
  4. Restart your Chrome browser

    If that doesn't work:
  5. Restart your computer
  6. Open Chrome
If the above still does not work, we have open office technology hours between 8-11 AM on Friday, August 14 in the Horton.  All social distancing, masks, and cleanliness standards will be enforced.  No appointment is necessary.  We do request that one student and only 1 parent come for the free help and please bring your laptop.  If you do not have a laptop and are experiencing technical issues on your desktop computer, we will issue you a Chromebook.
