Online Score Reports

This year, the California Department of Education has stopped issuing paper versions of the score reports for the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) tests. These include the Smarter Balanced Assessment (SBAC), the California Science Test (CAST), as well as the English Language Proficiency Assessment for California (ELPAC).

These score reports will instead be delivered through the Powerschool portal for parents and students. Families will be able to access 3 years of score reports in PDF form through the portal. Follow the steps below to access your score reports. Or, if you prefer skip to the video walkthrough at the bottom.

Step One: Login into Unified Classroom (http://classroom.powerschool.com)

If you have difficulty logging into UC, please contact UPA for additional assistance.

Step Two: Select Quick Links (the rocket ship icon) from the left hand navigation column.

ORS Step 1

Step 3: Select "Main Portal Page" from your options in the Quick Links page.

  ORS Step 2

Step 4: Select "Score Reports" (the notebook and pen icon) from the left hand navigation column.

ORS Step 3

Step 5: Select the test and the testing year from the drop down menus.
Then click "Get Report". Once the system is done processing your request, click on the report to download the PDF.

  ORS Step 4

Score reports are usually fully available in July. If you receive a blank, or no report available, it's possible that your student's test hasn't been fully scored by the state yet.
